In short: we use the data you send us only to prepare a quote and deliver your fuel. We don’t sell it and we don’t send you unsolicited advertising.

What data we collect

Through the “Get our best price” form: your name or company name, phone number, the product you need, the delivery location and the quantity. If you e-mail or call us, we also use the details you share with us then.

Why we use it

To send you the quote you asked for and, if you accept it, to conclude and perform the delivery contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). Accounting documents are kept as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don’t turn into orders are deleted after no more than 12 months. Data related to orders and invoices is kept for the period required by Romanian accounting law.

Who else can access it

Our website hosting provider, which receives and forwards form messages, and, where needed, the partners who physically transport the fuel, only to the extent required for delivery. Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can write to us at any time at office@newessencetrade.com. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
